As one of the top hotels in the nation, Hotel Emma had specific objectives they aimed to achieve. Recognizing the potential for higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through Paid Search and the underperformance of their SEO, they sought my expertise.







The Brief  

Hotel Emma sought to enhance their paid search strategy, strengthen their local SEO presence, and increase direct traffic from SERPs. They also aimed for improved data analytics management and structured data through schema markup.

Approach

Eager to meet Hotel Emma's KPIs, I immediately set to work. I conducted a comprehensive SEO audit, optimized their local SEO listings, and developed structured data reports for implementation. I also crafted a strategic marketing plan targeting paid search efforts. Within the first three months of implementing optimized titles and descriptions, we observed a significant increase in clicks and impressions. Our paid search campaigns quickly achieved a CTR of over 38% and an average ROAS of 28:1, effectively targeting three distinct markets: luxury hotels, wedding venues, and the Hotel Emma brand itself.

With ambitious plans, Honey & ivy is on a mission to transform the way we fundamentally view product production. They are starting small, breaking into the home goods industry. 

The Brief  

Honey & Ivy was lacking their own eCommerce site, selling the majority of their products on Etsy. Additionally, they were in need of branding and market positioning. 

Approach

I was ecstatic to join Honey & Ivys mission. As a small start up, it is vital for Honey & Ivy to transfer from Etsy to Shopify. My objective was to quickly and strategically wrap my head around what Honey & Ivy was destine to be. I created mood boards, analyzed existing customer segment personas, and strategically identified how we would position Honey & Ivy in their market. I got to work single handedly designing their website, created their brand persona, and established their brand story through visual story telling and descriptive copywriting. Once the wireframe was complete, I oversaw and managed the development of the site. Additionally, I conducted SEO research and implementation.

The Cloud Supply is a leading B2B eCommerce wholesale supplier in the Cannabis and Nicotine Industry. 

The Brief

Google ads was a necessity for Cloud Supply to quickly reach new customers. However, marketing in this industry is especially tight due to many laws and regulations that surround many of the products. Additionally, they needed SEO consultancy to help reach their organic reach goals. 

Approach

Launching Google PPC ads was my priority. Due to the nature of this industry,
there were many laws and regulations that I had to consider when launching ads on the google network. After identifying market conditions, conducting Keyword research, identifying audience segments, and reviewing attribution models, I was able to scale the account to reached tremendous results. I achieved an average ad clickthrough rate of 10.91%, a 5.65% conversion rate, and generated over $147k in revenue in 6 months.

Meta Maniacs is a new NFT project. They sell digital assets that users can use in the Metaverse. 

The Brief  

With NFTs, you need to build a loyal base of screaming fans. It is vital to have a strong community surrounding the project. So that's exactly I set out to do.

Approach

As the director of social reach, I pushed Social Campaign's at extreme highs to build excitement and exclusivity around the project. But, I didn’t stop there, I A/B tested and optimized landing pages to ensure the best post ad click experience.  By doing this, I was able to gather over 20,000 people who were eager to be a part of this special community. I rapidly tested and optimized ad creatives & campaigns as well as created funnels to channel user's into groups to keep them highly engaged. I retained the audience by keeping them excited and  in loop through aggressive remarking efforts.

Autograph Foliage was once the largest providers for the faux foliage Industry. You've likely seen their products at theme parks such as Disney, Six Flags, and Universal Studios. As well as countless shows & movies such as Jurassic Park and  the majority of Netflix originals.

The Brief 

Competitors were taking a noticeable amount of Autographs customers. Their customer lifetime value was slowly decreasing, customer retention was dropping off and as a result, they were losing revenue even with competitive and aggressive SEM & direct marketing efforts. 

Approach 

After reviewing market conditions, competitors, and analyzing customer journey maps, I rolled out a series of tactics for Autograph and their team to implement. The most vital component for them was honing  in on  customer loyalty and retention, so I created and proposed AF perks, a new customer loyalty program that enables customers to receive exclusive offers and deals for their new blockbuster projects. While working with them, I also managed and optimized all paid search efforts as well as organic reach & SEO.

Ooze Resolution is a direct to consumer brand who provides a cleaning solution for cannabis products along other cleaning accessories. 

The Brief 

The company started to see a flatline in revenue and wanted to explore options on how we could increase conversion rates. As the website was quickly becoming outdated; SEO, user engagements, subscription signups, retention,  and overall traffic was all taking a hit. 

Approach 

My approach was to monitor how users were interacting with the website and optimize the user experience as well as create a sales funnel that would increase conversion rates. I led a team of developers, designers, & copyrighters to do a complete site re-design and rolled out new CRM flows to keep customers engaged and coming back for more. We created and optimized upsells & cross sells across the site, largely increasing revenue.

LoudLock is a cannabis packaging company that aims to help and foster small businesses. They provide sealing materials that meet FDA standards.

The Brief 

LoudLock was new to the cannabis space and needed to find a way to claim its territory within the niche.

Approach 

When doing market research, we found that a lot of people were intimidated by wholesale packaging companies and the barrier to entry was too stressful for small businesses owners. The solution was for LoudLock to be inviting and approachable but still maintain a corporate sense. All while building trust. The second goal was to educate the users through a section of the site we named "learning center" where we educate users on various packaging processes, utilities and even provide business guides. This value driven content also serves greatly for SEO.
